The Hub Manager takes ownership of the day to day running of the B&Q Hub, safeguarding the business brand & business reputation, working with the receiving supervisor to drive teams to deliver great standards and stock control through effective leadership and coaching of performance expectations, whilst also engaging key stakeholders across stores and Hubs.

 

Being passionate about customer experience, you’ll be driven to achieve on time in full delivery targets in order to drive customer retention and increase customer satisfaction. You will lead, inspire, motivate and engage the Hub team to maximise their performance and provide an excellent service to customers, colleagues and third parties.
